At Point In Time, we tell a human story - whether it’s a client enjoying your luxurious service, family and friends coming together around your food, or a couple experiencing the comfort of your accommodations. The people images we create communicate an enhanced vision of your product or service that your audience will want to experience too.
OUR PROCESS
Discovery
We listen first. Our process is about understanding your needs. Not one size fits all. We treat each project differently. This is also an integral part of planning out important details for our photo shoot together. We ask a lot of questions! So, it’s important that you have an idea of how these images will serve you. Do you want to include models, employees, or family and friends as guests at your restaurant or hotel? Do you want a human element in some aspects of our photo shoot together? Perhaps in our interior photography we include a subject walking through a space or many subjects enjoying the space. Maybe it’s about documenting a process and we show how a food dish is plated or something unique about preparing a dish. Let us know!
Site visit
Site visits allow us to see the space or what you would like the people in the image we’re creating to do. What is the size of this space so we know how many people or person to fit in. We like to take some test shots while we’re there. In some instances natural light is not an option so we need to plan what gear to bring in for photo shoot day.
Capture
On photo shoot day we would have discussed how to access the space and how long we have it for. So, we also plan for set up and take down of our equipment. At this point we know what images we are creating so we can shoot untethered or tethered to a laptop it’s up to you!
Delivery
We aim to have your edited photos within 10 business days depending on the scope of your project or if there are deadlines you must meet for submitting to a competition. The type of edits will have been agreed on during our pre-production process.
